YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CatchaClaw collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective: July 26, 2026Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. Who we are

CatchaClaw is an Illinois-based prize-machine brand preparing to place machines at partner venues. In this policy, “CatchaClaw,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating catchaclaw.com. Questions may be sent to hello@catchaclaw.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Email signup details, such as your name, email address, preferred area, and marketing-consent response.
  • Messages, venue inquiries, location suggestions, survey answers, promotion entries, and QR-quest responses you choose to submit.
  • Prize-claim or eligibility information requested under the official rules of a future promotion.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider and service partners may receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested pages, and date and time. We do not currently collect payment-card information through this website.

3. How we use information

  • Send launch news, location alerts, prize drops, QR quests, and other updates you requested.
  • Respond to questions, venue inquiries, and location nominations.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website and future experiences.
  • Administer promotions, confirm eligibility, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
  • Maintain unsubscribe and suppression records so we honor your communication choices.

4. Email updates and MailerLite

Our Claw Crew signup is provided through MailerLite. When you submit that form, MailerLite processes the information for us under its own Privacy Policy. Every marketing email should include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing stops promotional email, although we may retain a limited suppression record and may still send necessary transactional or legal messages.

5. Analytics, cookies, and similar technology

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic and real-world website performance. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not track individual visitors across its customers’ websites. We use these measurements to improve the website, not for behavioral advertising or individual visitor profiles. Learn more in Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation and Privacy Policy.

MailerLite, reCAPTCHA, our host, or similar providers may use cookies or comparable technologies for form operation, fraud prevention, security, and performance. The MailerLite form and reCAPTCHA load when you choose to open the Claw Crew signup. If we later add advertising, cross-site tracking, or other analytics technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by law.

6. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, deliver email, secure forms, support operations, or administer promotions; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including legal, accounting, security, and unsubscribe obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may unsubscribe through an email link. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing us. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

9. Children’s privacy

The email signup and interactive website submissions are intended for people age 13 or older. Children under 13 should not submit personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion if they believe a child submitted information. Families may enjoy a machine together, but a parent or guardian should use their own contact details for online forms.

10. Third-party services and links

Our site may link to partner venues, maps, social networks, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business and website develop. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be announced on the site or by email when appropriate.
